Kingwood Arms Apartments
Legacy Housing Foundation is a partner in the renovation of Kingwood Arms Apartments which is a 97-unit affordable housing property located in Manchester, Tenn. The apartment complex underwent a total makeover in 2017. The extensive renovation involved major upgrades both inside and outside the building. Each apartment was transformed with new paint, vinyl plank flooring, energy efficient lighting, and new doors with wood frames.
All of the old appliances and cabinets were removed and each unit upgraded with new kitchen cabinetry with quartz counter tops, an Energy Star refrigerator and dishwasher and a new microwave.
