Volunteers are essential for Legacy Housing Foundation. The Good Times Community Block Party, organized by Event Coordinator Dean Parker, relies on volunteers from the staff of participating affordable housing communities as well as communities at large. Areas to volunteer at these events include: display set up and take down, personal “shopping” for residents that are unfamiliar with the program or request assistance, distribution of products, and working The Prize Wheel.

Volunteering at an event takes approximately 2 hours.
